Impact Committee Kickoff

APAN is excited to introduce our new Impact Committee, dedicated to hosting community and cultural gatherings, preserving Asian cultural history at UVA, and supporting research and initiatives that amplify Asian and Asian American voices in university decision-making.
We’ll introduce the committee at Hi/Fi Tex-Mex BBQ in Fairfax on July 17.
There will be plenty of food, drinks, and games, along with a presentation for us to talk more about the Impact Committee’s vision and goals for the future.
Dress Code: Smart casual, but preferably UVA colors! Wahoowa!

DMV Summer Picnic

UVA alumni, students, families and friends are all invited for some summer fun with APAN! Enjoy the beautiful park—in the shade of the park shelter or in the sun—make new friends, and bring a side dish or dessert that represents your culture. We’ll be giving out prizes for the best dish!
In lieu of a registration fee, we are encouraging attendees to make a contribution to APAN to continue support our work.
