We are thrilled to share that the Delta chapter has officially welcomed 20 new pledges following this spring’s recruitment cycle. With 28 active brothers, this brings the total chapter size to 48 members—our largest roster in recent history.
This result is not an accident; it is the outcome of a deliberate strategy supported by the entire alumni network. When we asked you to help us reclaim 125 Chancellor Street, the goal was to give the active chapter the tools they needed to compete. The results are now in, and the strategy is working.

The addition of this pledge class confirms a powerful trend. The Delta Chapter has successfully pivoted from “survival mode” to sustainable growth.
In just 3 years, the chapter has more than quadrupled in size.
- 2023: 11 Members (4 Pledges)
- 2024: 18 Members (7 Pledges)
- 2025: 33 Members (19 Pledges)
- 2026: 48 Members (20 Pledges)

This “hockey stick” growth demonstrates that the combination of a competitive house and active alumni support yields results. We have moved from a rebuilding phase to a position of strength, allowing us to compete for the best men on Grounds.
Recruitment in Action: Your Support at Work
Because of the renovated Chapter House and your financial contributions, the Actives were able to execute a high-caliber recruitment plan that rivaled the top houses on Grounds. We are pleased to share a few highlights from the rush period:
- The Formal Dinner: The chapter hosted a coat-and-tie formal dinner to mark the final stage of recruitment. This event set a tone of mutual respect and high character, allowing the Actives to share their vision for the fraternity with the potential new members.

- The Retreat: For the final round, the chapter organized an overnight retreat and snow tubing adventure at Massanutten Resort, cementing the bonds that led to today’s bid acceptances.
