This year, Youth Pride Day took place on Saturday, April 27th in Washington, D.C. Members of the Serpentine were there to volunteer. The first Youth Pride Day occurred in Dupont Circle Park on April 19, 1997 with over 900 young people coming out to celebrate awareness, visibility and pride.
