We look forward to seeing everyone in Charlottesville this coming weekend, October 23-26, for our All-Eras Reunion and Celebration! Below is the final schedule for the weekend. Right now we have 150 people attending the Friday All-Eras Dinner at Three Notch’d Craft Kitchen & Brewery and room for 50 more. The menu is below, as well as the link to buy tickets.
Weekend Schedule
Thursday, October 23
- Early arrivals make plans to gather in groups for dinner on the Downtown Mall (or similar)
Friday, October 24
- 6-9 PM: All-Eras Dinner at Three Notch’d Craft Kitchen & Brewery
- 9 PM – 12 AM: Alumni Welcome Reception at 125 Chancellor
Saturday, October 25
- 10 AM: Room dedication ceremonies at 125 Chancellor (Governor John S. Battle Room, 1968 Great Room, William Schmidt Brother Room, Rudolph Carey Kitchen, 1975 Bar Room, Drewary Brown Back Porch)
- Afternoon: Independently organized group outings
- 8 PM – 1 AM: Saturday Night Band Party at 125 Chancellor featuring the rockabilly sound of Brandon Wayne & his Lonesome Drifters (with special guest, Cville guitar legend Ian Gilliam)
Saturday, October 26
- 10 AM: Donuts and coffee at 125 Chancellor
Friday Dinner Menu at Three Notch’d
- Assorted rolls with butter
- Fresh seasonal field salad with mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, and garlic croutons
- Red onion, ranch dressing & balsamic vinaigrette
- Beef tenderloin, au jus, béarnaise sauce, onion straws
- All-natural roasted chicken breast, beurre blanc
- Herb mashed potatoes
- Broccoli & cheddar casserole
- Roasted seasonal vegetable medley
- Chocolate cake
