Student Group Grants

This form should be used by UVA student groups and community members to request funds from QVA. When completing this form, please be aware that requests are evaluated and awarded monthly and applicants will be notified of a decision two weeks after a monthly application review deadline has passed. The application review deadlines for the 2025-2026 school year are as follows: 9/2/25, 9/25/25, 10/30/25, 12/4/25, 1/29/26, 2/26/26, 3/26/26, 4/30/26.
