\"\"Virginia Glee Club alumni, friends, and family,<\/p>\n

Join us on Saturday, November 9, 2024<\/strong>, as we celebrate the 154 year legacy of Harmony, Love, & Brotherhood at the University of Virginia.<\/p>\n

The evening will begin with cocktails and mingling<\/strong> in the West Oval of the Rotunda at 6pm. At 6:50pm, the singers of the Virginia Glee Club will invite you, through song, to the Dome Room for a buffet dinner<\/strong> and to hear from this season’s special guest speaker, Professor N. Scott Barker \u201994.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Professor Barker was a member of the Virginia Glee Club from 1990 to 1994, served as the chairman of the board for the Virginia Glee Club Alumni and Friends Association, and currently serves as a faculty advisor.<\/p>\n

This season, we are asking you to consider an additional donation<\/a> to one of this season’s two campaigns.<\/p>\n

  1. \ud83e\uddf3Replenish our tour fund:<\/strong> This fund allowed us to travel to the UK in 2023 and New Orleans in 2024. We are in the initial planning stages for a Spring 2025 Tour and need the generosity of your support to make it happen.<\/li>\n
  2. \ud83d\udcb5Sponsor a dinner:<\/strong> If you would like to make a donation so that all Club members may continue to attend the Annual Dinner without charge, we ask that you please do so using our secure online giving form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
