\"2021<\/a>Thank you to our alumni, parents and friends who attended our recent performance at the Choral Showcase. This was the first performance for the Virginia Glee Club in Old Cabell Hall in nearly two years, and for the majority of our singers it was the first time since joining the Club. We performed to our largest Friday night audience ever at this event!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"81st<\/a>Our next performance is just a few weeks away! Join us as we ring in the Holiday Season at our 81st Annual Christmas Concerts at 8 PM on Friday, December 3 at Old Cabell Hall<\/a><\/strong> and 8 PM on Saturday, December 11 at University Baptist Church<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

This season will be extra special as we welcome our new guys, (and our new-old guys who joined Club during the 2020 season), to this annual tradition. Tickets are now on sale through the UVA Arts Box Office or by calling (434) 924 – 3376.<\/p>\n

Phonathon 2021<\/h2>\n

Phonathon is our annual way to connect with you, and you may get a call from one of us next week. Whether you show your Club support financially, by volunteering as a member of our Alumni and Friends Association, or by just telling stories of your time in Club with our new guys, we look forward to speaking with you during the evenings of November 8 through 11. 12th Annual Dinner at the Rotunda<\/h2>\n

150th Celebration: March 25 – 27, 2022<\/h2>\n

\"Glee<\/a>A special committee of Virginia Glee Club enthusiasts have been busy planning the 150th (now 151st) Celebration of the founding of the Virginia Glee Club in 1871. The festivities will occur on Grounds the weekend of March 25 – 27, 2022. Registration will be available soon and hotel blocks are now available<\/a> for you to reserve your stay in Charlottesville. You can also join the event Facebook group<\/a> for the latest updates.<\/p>\n
