With 28 active brothers, this brings the total chapter size to <strong>48 members<\/strong>\u2014our largest roster in recent history.<\/p>\n<p>This result is not an accident; it is the outcome of a deliberate strategy supported by the entire alumni network. We have moved from a rebuilding phase to a position of strength, allowing us to compete for the best men on Grounds.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #232d4b\">Recruitment in Action: Your Support at Work<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Because of the renovated Chapter House and your financial contributions, the Actives were able to execute a high-caliber recruitment plan that rivaled the top houses on Grounds. We are pleased to share a few highlights from the rush period:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Formal Dinner:<\/strong> The chapter hosted a coat-and-tie formal dinner to mark the final stage of recruitment.
