Board members help plan events, coordinate our scholarship and mentorship programs, and shape the future of the national UVA APA network. Consider applying for election to the APAN Board \u2013 or nominate someone you know. We elect new members to APAN Board every spring and we would be happy to consider your application or nomination.<\/p>\n<h2>Why serve on the Board?<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Serve and give back to the UVA student and alumni community.<\/li>\n<li>Network with other UVA alumni professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Have fun connecting with old friends and meeting new ones.<\/li>\n<li>Relive a little of your Wahoo experience!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Board Member Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Serve a three-year term<\/li>\n<li>Attend Board meetings twice a year<\/li>\n<li>Donate at least $100 annually to APAN (to the best of one&#8217;s ability).
