Accessibility
If you have a valid disabled permit or license plate displayed, you may park in an accessible parking space anywhere on Grounds. Additionally, accessible University Transit buses will provide looping shuttle services across Grounds.
Accommodations
Visit the Charlottesville Visitor’s Bureau website to review local options and make a reservation. We encourage alumni to book early, as accommodations are in high demand in the spring.
Parking
Paid visitor parking is available in The Central Grounds Garage, located under the University Bookstore, through ParkMobile. ParkMobile is available via app or by calling 877-727-5758. Please note: there is a $5 registration fee by ParkMobile if setting up an account through a phone call.
Visitors can also use the University Transit Service (UTS), a fare-free transit service. For more information on UTS, the service schedule, and real-time bus arrival predictions, visit UVA’s Parking and Transportation website.

Tickets
Your ticket includes access to events throughout the weekend as well as food and beverage during the Banquet Dinner. Early Bird registration ends on March 31. Buy your tickets today!

- General Admission: $75/ticket

Foxfield Details
To join AAPAAN at the Foxfield Races, you will have to buy your ticket(s) separately for the races. Visit the Foxfield website and follow these instructions:
- Click “Get Tickets”
- Select the “General Admission” Tab at the top of the page
- Move forward with securing a General Admission ticket

Please note: attending Foxfield is optional. Purchasing a Foxfield General Admission Ticket is not required to participate in AAPAAN’s Asian Alumni Weekend.
Attire
The majority of the events taking place throughout the weekend are casual. However, spring weather in Virginia is unpredictable, so please plan for a variety of weather scenarios. Additionally, indoor locations are air-conditioned, please bring a jacket, shawl, or sweater to ensure you stay comfortable.
